Yes. Manage your subscription from /app/billing — cancel and your card stops getting charged. Your tools keep working until the period ends.
What payment methods do you accept?
Anything Stripe takes — credit cards, debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH for annual plans. Wire and invoice are available on Custom plans.
What happens during the 14-day trial?
You can connect your Salesforce, run the onboarding agent, and review your custom tool palette without entering a card. To dispatch real questions to Claude, you add a card and the 14-day trial starts. No charge until day 15.
Do I need to give you my Salesforce credentials?
No. SFMagic uses Salesforce's standard Connected App OAuth — the same mechanism Tableau, Slack, and other approved integrations use. Your admin authorizes once; we never see the password.
What if my org doesn't have OutFunds or NPSP?
The onboarding agent reads your schema and builds a tool palette tailored to whatever you do have. The Foundations pack is OutFunds-specific — but the Universal layer (5 generic tools) works on any Salesforce org.
Refunds?
If something doesn't work and we can't fix it, email us within 30 days and we'll refund you in full. We've never had to.
