No. 02 — How it works

Setup takes about two minutes. The agent does the rest.

  1. 01

    Connect Salesforce

One OAuth click. We never see your password, and you can revoke access from inside Salesforce at any time.

  2. 02

    An agent reads your schema

We inspect your org's objects and packages, then propose a tailored set of tools — find a record, recent grants, requirements due, and so on. You pick which ones your team gets.

  3. 03

    Ask Claude

Add SFMagic as a connector in Claude — web, desktop, or mobile. Anyone on your team with a Claude account can now ask questions in plain English and get live answers from Salesforce.

No. 03 — Case study

A New York–based foundation runs their entire grants book through SFMagic.

Outbound Funds + NPSP + Typeform, ten years of grantmaking, hundreds of active requirements. Before SFMagic, how much is left to disburse this year? took a back-and-forth with the Salesforce admin and a lookup in a saved report.

Now their program officers ask Claude. They get an answer with a chart, in under five seconds, audited as their own Salesforce identity.

No. 04 — Won't break a thing

Boring on purpose.

Read-only

We ask. We don't edit.

SFMagic queries Salesforce — it doesn't write, update, or delete records. There's no path in the agent that mutates your org. A misphrased question can't break anything.

Per-user identity

Runs as your team.

Every question executes under the staff member's own Salesforce identity. Sharing rules, field-level security, and profile permissions stay in charge — Claude can't see what they couldn't see in Salesforce themselves.

Your data stays put

No copies. No caches.

Tokens are stored encrypted. Records aren't copied or cached on our side. Each question is a fresh SOQL query against your live org, so what you read is what's actually in Salesforce right now.

Reversible

Off in one click.

Standard Salesforce OAuth — connect from your admin's Setup, revoke from the same place. We delete the tokens server-side the moment you do. There's nothing to migrate off because nothing lived with us.

We use Salesforce's Connected App OAuth — the same mechanism Tableau, Slack, and any other approved third-party integration uses. Your IT or admin team can audit every query in Setup → Login History.

No. 05 — Pricing

One price. Plug and play, including the bill.

14-day free trial. No card to connect your Salesforce and see your custom tool palette. Card required to start using it in Claude. Cancel anytime.

No. 06 — FAQ

The questions executives ask first.

Does Anthropic see our Salesforce data?

Claude reads what you ask about — the same way a staff member would. We don't train on your data, and we don't store it. Tokens stay encrypted in our database; the agent fetches fresh data from Salesforce on every question.

What about access control?

Each staff member's questions run as their own Salesforce identity. Your existing sharing rules, RLS, and field-level security all apply — Claude can only see what that person could see if they logged into Salesforce directly.

Does this work with NPSP and Outbound Funds?

Outbound Funds is fully supported today: ten purpose-built tools for funding programs, disbursements, requirements, and grantee history. NPSP is on the way — let us know if you need it now.

Can my team try this without involving IT?

Yes. Anyone with admin access to your Salesforce org can connect in one OAuth click. Your team uses Claude — which most knowledge workers already have — with a connector URL we give you.

What happens if we cancel?

One-click revoke from your Salesforce setup. We delete your tokens immediately. There's nothing to migrate off because your data never lived with us — it's always in your Salesforce org.
